Sản phẩm oxy hóa của (+)-limonene có thể gây nhạy ứng da. Bảo quản chai tối, kín, lạnh; thêm chất chống oxy hóa cho công thức.

Không áp ngưỡng dermal: tuy 0.3 phần trăm methyleugenol về lý thuyết cần giới hạn 6.7 phần trăm, hoạt tính chống ung thư của (+)-limonene (chiếm 27 đến 65 phần trăm dầu) có khả năng trung hòa rủi ro.

Không kích ứng hay nhạy ứng ở liều thử nghiệm 4 phần trăm. Không phototoxic.

May contain methyleugenol at low levels (0.2 to 0.3 percent).

Oxidation products of (+)-limonene may sensitize skin. Store in dark, sealed, refrigerated container; add an antioxidant to formulations.

No dermal limit imposed: although 0.3 percent methyleugenol theoretically calls for a 6.7 percent restriction, the anticarcinogenic activity of (+)-limonene (27 to 65 percent of the oil) likely counters the risk.

No irritation or sensitization at 4 percent test level. Non-phototoxic.

Canarium luzonicum là cây thân gỗ nhiệt đới Philippines. Nhựa được thu thập bằng cách khoan vào thân cây, giống như sản xuất frankincense.

Tinh dầu cất hơi từ nhựa. Họ Burseraceae, cùng họ với myrrh và frankincense.

UNEP-WCMC đã đề xuất CITES bổ sung Canarium luzonicum vào danh sách loài thực vật đe dọa. Sourcing cần chứng nhận bền vững.

Canarium luzonicum is a tropical tree of the Philippines. The gum is collected by drilling into the trunk, similar to frankincense production.

The oil is steam-distilled from the gum. Family Burseraceae, same family as myrrh and frankincense.

UNEP-WCMC has proposed that CITES add Canarium luzonicum to its list of threatened plant species. Sourcing should require sustainability certification.
