Mục tiêu: minh bạch, thu thập tối thiểu, không bán dữ liệu cho bên thứ ba. Bạn có quyền xem, xuất, và xoá dữ liệu của mình bất cứ lúc nào.
This policy explains how Lê Mai collects, uses, and protects your personal data when using the library at library.lemai.com.vn.
Principle: transparent, minimal collection, no sale of data to third parties. You have the right to view, export, and delete your data at any time.
Thông tin tài khoản: email, tên hiển thị, mật khẩu được mã hoá (hashed), ngày đăng ký, ngày đăng nhập gần nhất.
Dữ liệu hoạt động: các trang đã xem, truy vấn tìm kiếm, bộ lọc đã sử dụng, thời gian truy cập.
Thông tin kỹ thuật: địa chỉ IP, user agent (loại trình duyệt và hệ điều hành), referer (nguồn dẫn đến trang).
Khi bạn liên hệ qua email, chúng tôi lưu lại nội dung trao đổi để xử lý yêu cầu của bạn.
Chúng tôi KHÔNG thu thập số điện thoại, địa chỉ, ngày sinh, hay thông tin tài chính.
Account information: email, display name, hashed password, registration date, last sign-in date.
Activity data: pages viewed, search queries, filters used, access timestamps.
Technical information: IP address, user agent (browser and OS), referer (source link).
When you contact us by email, we retain the correspondence to handle your request.
We do NOT collect phone numbers, addresses, date of birth, or financial information.

Supabase (singapore): cung cấp dịch vụ xác thực và cơ sở dữ liệu. Email và mật khẩu đã hash được lưu trong hạ tầng Supabase. Supabase tuân thủ chuẩn SOC 2 và GDPR.
Vercel (toàn cầu): cung cấp dịch vụ hosting cho thư viện. Vercel có thể ghi log truy cập kỹ thuật ở mức edge server.
Google Fonts: thư viện tải font chữ từ Google Fonts CDN. Google có thể ghi địa chỉ IP của bạn khi tải font.
Google OAuth (nếu bạn chọn đăng nhập bằng Google): Google chia sẻ địa chỉ email và tên hiển thị của bạn với Lê Mai. Lê Mai không nhận mật khẩu Google.
Cdn jsDelivr / unpkg: cung cấp một số thư viện JavaScript công cộng (như Fuse.js cho tìm kiếm).
Supabase (Singapore): provides authentication and database services. Email and hashed password are stored in Supabase infrastructure. Supabase complies with SOC 2 and GDPR.
Vercel (global): provides hosting services. Vercel may log technical access at edge servers.
Google Fonts: the library loads typefaces from Google Fonts CDN. Google may log your IP address when fonts are fetched.
Google OAuth (if you choose Google sign-in): Google shares your email and display name with Lê Mai. Lê Mai does not receive your Google password.
CDN jsDelivr / unpkg: provide some public JavaScript libraries (such as Fuse.js for search).
Dữ liệu tài khoản (email, tên, mật khẩu hashed) được lưu cho tới khi bạn yêu cầu xoá tài khoản.
Log hoạt động (pageview, search) lưu chi tiết trong 12 tháng. Sau đó dữ liệu được tổng hợp ẩn danh, không thể truy ngược về cá nhân.
Email trao đổi với hỗ trợ lưu trong 24 tháng kể từ lần phản hồi cuối.
Khi bạn xoá tài khoản, toàn bộ dữ liệu cá nhân sẽ được xoá khỏi cơ sở dữ liệu hoạt động trong vòng 30 ngày. Bản backup có thể còn tới 90 ngày sau đó rồi cũng được xoá.
Account data (email, name, hashed password) is retained until you request deletion.
Activity logs (pageviews, searches) are kept in detail for 12 months. After that, data is aggregated anonymously and cannot be traced back to individuals.
Support email correspondence is retained for 24 months from the last reply.
When you delete your account, all personal data is removed from the live database within 30 days. Backup copies may remain for up to 90 days before they are also deleted.

Quyền xoá: bạn có thể tự xoá tài khoản bất cứ lúc nào. Khi xoá, toàn bộ dữ liệu được xử lý theo quy định ở mục Thời gian lưu trữ.
Quyền xuất dữ liệu: gửi email tới lemai@lemaivietnam.com.vn để yêu cầu xuất dữ liệu cá nhân dưới dạng file JSON hoặc CSV. Chúng tôi sẽ phản hồi trong vòng 14 ngày.
Quyền phản đối: bạn có thể huỷ đăng ký nhận email marketing bất cứ lúc nào qua link 'unsubscribe' trong email.
Quyền khiếu nại: nếu cho rằng dữ liệu của bạn bị xử lý sai, bạn có thể khiếu nại tới cơ quan bảo vệ dữ liệu của Việt Nam hoặc EU (nếu là công dân EU).
Right to access: you can view all personal data we hold about you in the Account page.
Right to delete: you may self-delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, data is handled per the Retention section.
Right to portability: email lemai@lemaivietnam.com.vn to request export of your personal data as a JSON or CSV file. We will respond within 14 days.
Right to object: you may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the 'unsubscribe' link in any such email.
Right to complain: if you believe your data is being mishandled, you may file a complaint with Vietnam's data protection authority or the EU's (if you are an EU resident).
Thư viện sử dụng localStorage để lưu phiên đăng nhập (session token). Đây là cơ chế cần thiết để giữ bạn đăng nhập sau khi đóng tab và mở lại.
Supabase sử dụng một cookie kỹ thuật để duy trì phiên xác thực.
Thư viện KHÔNG sử dụng tracking cookies của bên thứ ba (như Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics tracking cookies). Pageview được ghi nội bộ trong Supabase, gắn với tài khoản đã đăng nhập.
The library uses localStorage to store the session token. This is necessary to keep you signed in across tab close/reopen.
Supabase uses a technical cookie to maintain authentication sessions.
The library does NOT use third-party tracking cookies (such as Facebook Pixel or Google Analytics tracking cookies). Pageviews are recorded internally in Supabase, linked to the signed-in account.
Thư viện không hướng đến người dùng dưới 16 tuổi và không thu thập dữ liệu cá nhân từ trẻ em một cách có chủ ý.
Nếu phát hiện một tài khoản thuộc về người dưới 16 tuổi mà không có sự cho phép của người giám hộ, chúng tôi sẽ xoá tài khoản và toàn bộ dữ liệu liên quan.

The library is not directed at users under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
If we discover an account belongs to a user under 16 without guardian consent, we will delete the account and all related data.
Guardians who discover a child has registered may contact lemai@lemaivietnam.com.vn for deletion assistance.
Toàn bộ kết nối tới thư viện được mã hoá qua HTTPS (TLS 1.3).
Mật khẩu được hash bằng thuật toán bcrypt do Supabase quản lý. Lê Mai không bao giờ thấy mật khẩu dạng gốc.
Session token là JWT (JSON Web Token) được ký số. Token tự động hết hạn và làm mới.
Cơ sở dữ liệu được mã hoá khi lưu trữ (encryption at rest).
Truy cập admin nội bộ được giới hạn theo nguyên tắc least privilege và có log audit.
All connections to the library are encrypted via HTTPS (TLS 1.3).
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt managed by Supabase. Lê Mai never sees raw passwords.
Session tokens are signed JWTs (JSON Web Tokens). They expire and refresh automatically.
The database is encrypted at rest.
Internal admin access is restricted by the principle of least privilege and is logged for audit.
Chính sách bảo mật này có thể được cập nhật khi nội dung dịch vụ hoặc quy định pháp luật thay đổi.
Mọi thay đổi quan trọng (như thêm bên thứ ba, mở rộng phạm vi thu thập) sẽ được thông báo qua email và banner trên trang trong ít nhất 14 ngày trước khi có hiệu lực.
Phiên bản cập nhật gần nhất luôn được hiển thị ở cuối trang. Việc tiếp tục sử dụng sau cập nhật coi như đồng ý với phiên bản mới.
This privacy policy may be updated as our service or legal requirements change.

Lê Mai cam kết chỉ làm việc với các đối tác dịch vụ tuân thủ chuẩn bảo vệ dữ liệu quốc tế tương đương GDPR hoặc tốt hơn.
Data is stored on Supabase infrastructure in Singapore (ap-southeast-1). When you access the library, data may be processed at Vercel data centers globally (CDN edge).
Lê Mai commits to working only with service partners who meet international data protection standards equivalent to GDPR or better.
