Citrus junos là cây cam quýt bản địa Đông Á, Nhật Bản, Hàn Quốc, Trung Quốc. Quả vàng nhạt, vỏ sần sùi, vị chua đậm.
Tại Nhật, yuzu (柚子) là gia vị mùa đông cổ điển, yuzu nước tắm (yuzuyu) ngày đông chí, yuzu kosho (gia vị cay), yuzu juice cho ponzu.
Sản xuất chính Nhật Bản (Kochi, Tokushima), Hàn Quốc, Trung Quốc.

Citrus junos is a citrus native to East Asia, Japan, Korea, China. Pale yellow fruit with rough peel and a sharp, sour taste.
In Japan, yuzu (柚子) is a classical winter seasoning, yuzu bath water (yuzuyu) on winter solstice, yuzu kosho (spicy seasoning), yuzu juice for ponzu.
