Hoa trái cây là nhánh B9 của họ Hoa trong bảng SFP. Nhánh này đặt các nốt quả lên bó hoa: đào, mơ, lê, táo, quả mọng, dứa, vải. Nốt quả thường nằm ở đầu và đầu tầng giữa, còn hoa giữ phần thân của mùi.
SFP còn có nhánh B6 Hoa gỗ trái cây, khi phần đáy gỗ rõ hơn. B9 là trường hợp quả và hoa chiếm phần lớn cấu trúc, phần đáy nhẹ.
Floral Fruity is subfamily B9 of the Floral family in the SFP table. It places fruit notes over the bouquet: peach, apricot, pear, apple, berries, pineapple, lychee. Fruit usually sits at the top and early heart, while flowers carry the body of the scent.
The SFP also has B6 Floral Woody Fruity for cases with a stronger woody base. B9 covers compositions where fruit and flowers make up most of the structure over a light base.
Rất ít loại quả cho tinh dầu hay chiết xuất mang mùi quả tươi. Vì vậy nốt quả chủ yếu đến từ phân tử: ester như ethyl butyrate, isoamyl acetate, hexyl acetate cho táo, lê, chuối; lactone như gamma decalactone và undecalactone cho đào, mơ; các hợp chất lưu huỳnh ở nồng độ rất thấp cho lý chua đen và bưởi.
Nhánh này lớn dần khi các phân tử quả mới và kỹ thuật phân tích khoảng không quanh quả tươi (headspace) được dùng rộng rãi. Tầng hoa thường là hoa hồng, mẫu đơn, hoa nhài, hoa lan Nam Phi (freesia), với đáy xạ hương và gỗ nhẹ.
Các chiết xuất hoa dùng ở tầng giữa, như hoa hồng và hoa nhài, có tên riêng trong danh sách chất gây dị ứng của Quy chế (EU) 2023/1545.

Very few fruits yield an oil or extract that smells of fresh fruit. Fruit notes therefore come mainly from molecules: esters such as ethyl butyrate, isoamyl acetate and hexyl acetate for apple, pear and banana; lactones such as gamma decalactone and undecalactone for peach and apricot; sulphur compounds at very low levels for blackcurrant and grapefruit.
The branch grew as new fruit molecules and headspace analysis of fresh fruit came into wide use. The floral layer is usually rose, peony, jasmine or freesia, over musks and light woods.
Floral extracts used in the heart, such as rose and jasmine, are named on the allergen list of Regulation (EU) 2023/1545.
The SFP website publishes only subfamily names; perfume lists per subfamily are in the printed Classification officielle des parfums. Perfumes named here are commonly cited examples, not official SFP placements.

B9 sits next to B6 Floral Woody Fruity and B3 Floral Bouquet. When the fruit shrinks the scent returns to a bouquet; when woods and patchouli grow it moves to B6. On Michael Edwards' wheel fruit notes have their own family, Fruity, added around 2008 according to secondary sources.

Một phiên bản tự nhiên dựa vào các nguyên liệu có sắc quả sẵn: hoa mộc tê (mơ), davana (trái cây khô, rượu), nụ lý chua đen (quả mọng xanh), quýt và bưởi (vỏ quả), hoa cúc La Mã (táo). Massoia có lactone mùi dừa kem.

A natural version relies on materials with built-in fruit facets: osmanthus (apricot), davana (dried fruit, wine), blackcurrant bud (green berry), mandarin and grapefruit (peel), Roman chamomile (apple). Massoia bark carries a creamy coconut lactone.
No natural material gives fresh pear, pineapple or lychee the way synthetic molecules do. This page gives no formula percentages.
