Larix decidua là loài larch lá rụng phân bố trong dãy Alps và Carpathian. Khác với pine, lá kim rụng vào mùa thu.

Tinh dầu chưng cất từ lá kim tươi. Sản xuất chủ yếu Áo, Pháp, Bắc Ý.
