Sandalore thuộc nhóm đàn hương tổng hợp dựng trên campholenic aldehyde, một dẫn xuất của α-pinene từ nhựa thông. Nhóm này gồm cả Ebanol, Polysantol, Bacdanol và Brahmanol.

Sandalore belongs to the synthetic sandalwoods built on campholenic aldehyde, a derivative of α-pinene from turpentine. The group also includes Ebanol, Polysantol, Bacdanol and Brahmanol.
