Lịch sử / History

Acid isovaleric có trong rễ nữ lang (Valeriana officinalis), trong phô mai và là một cấu tử của mùi mồ hôi người. Tên gọi lấy từ cây nữ lang.

Isovaleric acid occurs in valerian root (Valeriana officinalis) and in cheese, and is a component of human sweat odor. The name comes from the valerian plant.

Trong nước hoa / In perfumery

Trong nước hoa, chất này chỉ dùng ở vết để tạo sắc da thịt hoặc thú; trong hương vị thực phẩm, chất này dùng cho phô mai và trái cây.

In fragrance it is used only in traces for a skin or animal effect; in flavors it is used for cheese and fruit notes.
