Raspberry ketone là chất tạo mùi chính của quả mâm xôi. Lượng trong quả rất thấp nên sản phẩm thương mại chủ yếu là tổng hợp.

Raspberry ketone is the character odorant of raspberry. Its level in the fruit is very low, so commercial material is mostly synthetic.

Dùng cho accord mâm xôi và trái cây đỏ, thường ở dạng tinh thể hoà tan trước.

Used for raspberry and red fruit accords; it is a solid usually pre-dissolved.
