Lilial từng là một trong các aldehyde muguet dùng nhiều nhất trong mỹ phẩm và chất tẩy rửa. Sau khi được phân loại độc tính sinh sản nhóm 1B, chất này bị đưa vào Phụ lục II và bị cấm trong mỹ phẩm tại EU từ 1/3/2022 theo Quy định (EU) 2021/1902.

Lilial was once among the most widely used muguet aldehydes in cosmetics and detergents. After classification as toxic for reproduction category 1B it was moved to Annex II and banned from cosmetics in the EU from 1 March 2022 under Regulation (EU) 2021/1902.

Trong nước hoa / In perfumery

Hiện không còn dùng trong mỹ phẩm bán tại EU. Nhiều công ty đã thay bằng các chất muguet khác như Florol, Mayol, Majantol hoặc các phân tử mới.

No longer used in cosmetics sold in the EU. Houses have replaced it with other muguet materials such as Florol, Mayol, Majantol or newer molecules.
