Chemistry close to black pepper oil, same plant, only differing in that the outer skin has been removed.
Low skin sensitization risk, similar to black pepper.
δ-3-Carene and (+)-limonene oxidation products may sensitize.
No data indicates hazard in pregnancy.

White peppercorns are ripe Piper nigrum fruits soaked in water until the outer skin decomposes, then washed clean. Only the seed core remains.
Milder aroma than black pepper. Smaller oil production volume.
Family Piperaceae.
Same raw material but white pepper oil is less common than black pepper oil. In perfumery, chosen based on desired aromatic profile.
