The night before an interview, your brain tends to rehearse answers on its own. Lavender and bergamot open fresh and bright, Roman chamomile softens the middle, and a single drop of ylang-ylang adds a touch of warm confidence at the end. Once your outfit is ready, turn on the diffuser, read your notes one last time, then turn off the lights. Remember to keep the ylang-ylang to exactly one drop.

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow); ylang ylang (rich, creamy, tropical and sweetly floral) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
