Lavender and bergamot sit equally, soft florals meeting elegant citrus; eucalyptus, Roman chamomile and ylang-ylang, a drop each, add cool air, sweet apple and tropical flowers. Light like a white wooden house by the sea with sheer curtains blowing. Good for the bedroom or living room in summer. Open the windows and start the diffuser; for larger rooms, double it.

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style); eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow); ylang ylang (rich, creamy, tropical and sweetly floral) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
