We'll figure it out later; nothing needs rushing. Three drops of cedarwood build a steady, dry wood base, frankincense and patchouli add warm resin and damp earth, and a single drop of bergamot sprinkles citrus peel with a hint of fresh tea. Deep and grounded. Ideal for a reading corner or a home office in the evening. Want it brighter? Add one more drop of bergamot.

How it unfolds

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

What remains. Cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings); frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still); patchouli (like damp earth and dark wood, deeply sweet) sink in and linger after the diffuser is off.

Add Cedarwood 3 · Frankincense 2 · Patchouli 2 · Bergamot 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of cedarwood?
Swap cedarwood for sandalwood or cypress — same woody family. The blend will shift a little: sandalwood is creamy, smooth and long-lasting.

Turn it on when your head feels tight: before a meeting, after a long day, or when you need a few minutes to settle.
