You hit send on your resume, and now you check your inbox every few minutes. Three drops of frankincense make a deep resin base, bergamot adds slightly tea-like peel, cedarwood lines it with steady dry wood, and a single drop of geranium scatters in green rose. Good for your desk during the waiting days. Turn on the diffuser, close the email tab, and work on something else for an hour.

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Geranium (green and rosy, fresh and balanced) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still); cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings) sink in and linger after the diffuser is off.
Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
