Phone face down, lights off: bergamot opens with a fresh, slightly bitter note, lavender follows softly, and everything settles into a base of warm frankincense and dry cedarwood. The four oils are split into equal drops, so the scent feels round and full, with no single oil hogging the spotlight. It suits a small bedroom when you really want to disconnect. Start the diffuser about 20 minutes before bed and you're set.

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still); cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings) sink in and linger after the diffuser is off.
Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
