Sunday nights often come with a small worry called Monday. This blend splits four oils evenly: bright bergamot opens, rich jasmine sits in the middle, and clary sage and Roman chamomile line the bottom with a smooth herbal note. Turn it on once your bag for tomorrow is packed, then give yourself ten minutes of lying still. If you like it lighter, use one less drop of jasmine.

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Clary sage (sweet, herbal, slightly musky and unhurried); jasmine (white-floral, sweet, heady and alluring); Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
