Turn notifications off for an afternoon and the world keeps spinning just fine. Five drops of clary sage wrap the room in a soft, honeyed herbal haze; Roman chamomile adds an apple-tea sweetness, and bergamot sprinkles a bright, tangy lift on top. Lovely for a bedroom or a reading nook in the afternoon. Start the diffuser, read a few chapters, and don't check your phone until it switches off.

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Clary sage (sweet, herbal, slightly musky and unhurried); Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
