One meeting ends, the next begins, and your voice is going hoarse. Eight drops of lavender spread a smooth layer through the room, six drops of bergamot push up a tangy citrus note to keep your head clear, and geranium and cedarwood close with green rose and dry wood. Good for a home office on a day full of video calls. A small room uses half; run the diffuser between meetings.

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); geranium (green and rosy, fresh and balanced) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. Cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
