I deserve good things too

4 oils · Floral · Woody · Resinous & sweet · code BL-0715

You deserve kindness too, you know. Juniper and cedarwood split ten drops each, berry-like conifer notes blending with sturdy dry wood; frankincense and geranium add warm resin and green rose. Good for a home office or reading nook. This amount is for a big room; a small room uses half; switch on the diffuser as you start your day.

How it unfolds

As it settles. Juniper (green and berry-like, with clean resinous wood); geranium (green and rosy, fresh and balanced) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. Cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings); frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sink in and linger after the diffuser is off.

Method

Diffuser
Juniper 3 · Cedarwood 3 · Frankincense 1 · Geranium 1 drops in 200–300 ml of water. Run for 30–60 minutes, then take a break.
10 ml roller
Juniper 2 · Cedarwood 2 · Frankincense 1 · Geranium 1 drops, then top up with a carrier oil (jojoba or sweet almond). Dab on wrists and the back of the neck.
50 ml room spray
Juniper 10 · Cedarwood 10 · Frankincense 5 · Geranium 5 drops + 1 teaspoon of food-grade alcohol, then top up with distilled water. Shake before spraying.

FAQ

How do I use I deserve good things too in a diffuser?
Add Juniper 3 · Cedarwood 3 · Frankincense 1 · Geranium 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of juniper?
Swap juniper for sandalwood or patchouli — same woody family. The blend will shift a little: sandalwood is creamy, smooth and long-lasting.
When is the best time to use I deserve good things too?
Turn it on when your head feels tight: before a meeting, after a long day, or when you need a few minutes to settle.
