post-hike couch flop

4 oils · Floral · Herbal · Minty · Woody · code BL-2918

After a long climb, this scent is like a warm foot bath: eucalyptus, pine and peppermint open together, airy, cool and full of forest. Geranium stands behind to soften the mix with a touch of green rose. Great for the room you crash in after a trip, or for an evening foot soak. Put the diffuser near where you sit to unwind and let it run for about 30 minutes.

How it unfolds

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Pine (green and resinous, like a forest walk); geranium (green and rosy, fresh and balanced) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use post-hike couch flop in a diffuser?
Add Eucalyptus 2 · Pine 2 · Peppermint 2 · Geranium 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of eucalyptus?
Swap eucalyptus for rosemary or tea tree — same herbal family. The blend will shift a little: rosemary is cool, green, herbal and invigorating.
When is the best time to use post-hike couch flop?
Use it at midday, in hot rooms, or after coming in from outside; you can also mix a room spray for a quick cool-down.
