Blend recipes · Easy breathing
When the wind turns, you want a truly balanced scent. Lavender leads with a soft floral layer, peppermint and lemon open up the cool freshness, while Roman chamomile, eucalyptus and a touch of geranium weave a soft, slightly rosy base. This is a big-batch ratio, mixed once into a bottle to use all season. Each time, just 5–7 drops in a diffuser for a room of about 20m².

On opening. Peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); lemon (fresh, bright and clean); eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow); geranium (green and rosy, fresh and balanced) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
