first breeze of summer

4 oils · Floral · Herbal · Minty · code BL-2906

Peppermint and neroli are a clever pair: one icy cool, the other sweet white blossom, like the first summer breeze through an orange grove. Geranium and eucalyptus act as the bridge, keeping things airy while still floral. Nice for the living room in the morning or a reading nook. In a small room, cut the peppermint in half so the neroli shows up more clearly.

How it unfolds

On opening. Peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Neroli (white-floral, honeyed and clear); geranium (green and rosy, fresh and balanced) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use first breeze of summer in a diffuser?
Add Peppermint 2 · Neroli 2 · Geranium 2 · Eucalyptus 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of peppermint?
Swap peppermint for spearmint — same minty family. The blend will shift a little: spearmint is sweet and cool, softer than peppermint, with a hint of chewing gum.
When is the best time to use first breeze of summer?
Use it at midday, in hot rooms, or after coming in from outside; you can also mix a room spray for a quick cool-down.
