Blend recipes · Easy breathing

green cool, deep inside

3 oils · Herbal · Minty · Woody · code BL-2209

A green coolness that reaches deep into your lungs, all in four drops. Pine leads with a fresh, resinous forest scent, while eucalyptus and peppermint add one drop each for a clear, cool breeze. This small recipe suits a mini diffuser or the car. For a bigger room, triple everything; for something softer, swap peppermint for lavender.

How it unfolds

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Pine (green and resinous, like a forest walk) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

Method

Diffuser
Pine 2 · Eucalyptus 1 · Peppermint 1 drops in 200–300 ml of water. Run for 30–60 minutes, then take a break.

50 ml room spray
Pine 15 · Eucalyptus 8 · Peppermint 8 drops + 1 teaspoon of food-grade alcohol, then top up with distilled water. Shake before spraying.

FAQ

How do I use green cool, deep inside in a diffuser?
Add Pine 2 · Eucalyptus 1 · Peppermint 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of pine?
Swap pine for cedarwood or sandalwood — same woody family. The blend will shift a little: cedarwood is dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings.
When is the best time to use green cool, deep inside?
Use it in closed rooms, on humid days, in monsoon season or after long hours of air conditioning — diffuse in short 20–30 minute runs.
