Blend recipes · Easy breathing
A winter morning walk, your breath turning to mist. Eucalyptus leads, clear and cool, pine recalls a park full of trees, peppermint adds alertness, and a drop of lemon brightens the whole thing. Great to switch on while you lace up your shoes and warm up. When you get home, run it again for 10 minutes so the room greets you fresh and cool.

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Pine (green and resinous, like a forest walk) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
