Bergamot and lavender open bright and clean, then frankincense and patchouli slowly carry the scent down into warm earth and fragrant resin, with real depth. The blend suits nights when your brain still has too many tabs open. Tip: jot down three things to do tomorrow on paper, turn on the diffuser, and only then turn off the lights. If you're not used to patchouli yet, start with 1 drop.

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Patchouli (like damp earth and dark wood, deeply sweet); frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sink in and linger after the diffuser is off.
Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
