Lavender goes first, cedarwood and frankincense pull the scent down into dry wood and warm resin, and one drop of eucalyptus keeps it all airy, never stuffy. A polished blend for your evening routine: shower, skincare, a few pages of reading. Start the diffuser at the very first step so the scent becomes a familiar signal that bedtime is coming.

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings); frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sink in and linger after the diffuser is off.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
