Warm frankincense forms the main base, eucalyptus and tea tree blow in a cool, clean note, while lavender keeps the middle soft. The scent is warm and airy at once, perfect for windy nights when the seasons are changing. Close some of the windows and start the diffuser about 30 minutes before sleep. In a small room, cut eucalyptus to 2 drops and let frankincense lead.

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); tea tree (green, medicinal and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
