Cedarwood leads, so this is a woody sleep blend: dry, clean and grounded. Lavender softens the middle, Roman chamomile adds a floral-tea note, and one drop of eucalyptus blows in a cool freshness like a window left ajar. It suits an air-conditioned bedroom or muggy summer nights. If the room is small and you're not into cooling scents, just leave out the eucalyptus; the scent stays balanced.

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. Cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
