Halfway through the workday, you need a reset. Lavender makes up most of the blend, Roman chamomile and peppermint sit side by side, gentle apple-tea meeting icy cool, and lemon adds brightness. The scent is clean and airy, good for a home office or small workspace. With a small diffuser, use 3 drops of lavender, 1 drop of Roman chamomile, 1 drop of peppermint; run it for 15 minutes, then take a break.

On opening. Peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
