Everyone unwinds differently, and this is my way. Lavender and lemon sit side by side, purple herb meeting fresh lemon peel, while frankincense, Roman chamomile and peppermint share the rest: warm resin, apple-tea, icy cool. The scent is fresh, clean and balanced, perfect for the living room. Try less peppermint if you want a warmer scent in the evening, and keep the rest the same.

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
