Blend recipes · Relax

focused but still chill

3 oils · Floral · Minty · code BL-0533

Alert yet chill, like working from your favorite coffee shop. Roman chamomile and lavender split three drops each, sweet apple blending with purple flowers, then two drops of peppermint blow in a moderate cool kick. Good for a study desk at night, when you need to review without stress. If it feels too cool, cut peppermint to one drop.

How it unfolds

On opening. Peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow); lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use focused but still chill in a diffuser?
Add Roman Chamomile 3 · Lavender 3 · Peppermint 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of Roman chamomile?
Swap Roman chamomile for geranium or ylang ylang — same floral family. The blend will shift a little: geranium is green and rosy, fresh and balanced.
When is the best time to use focused but still chill?
Use it at the end of the day, on weekends, while reading or right after a shower — whenever you want everything to slow down a beat.
