5-minute self-care

4 oils · Floral · Herbal · Minty · code BL-0417

Just five minutes, but truly five minutes for yourself. Lavender opens smooth, peppermint slips in a light cool kick that clears the head, tea tree adds a slightly sharp green note, and Roman chamomile closes with sweetness like floral tea. Lovely while wearing a sheet mask, washing your face a little longer than usual, or simply sitting still and breathing. If peppermint feels a bit harsh, cut it to two drops and it evens out.

How it unfolds

On opening. Peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); tea tree (green, medicinal and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use 5-minute self-care in a diffuser?
Add Lavender 4 · Peppermint 3 · Tea Tree 2 · Roman Chamomile 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of lavender?
Swap lavender for geranium or ylang ylang — same floral family. The blend will shift a little: geranium is green and rosy, fresh and balanced.
When is the best time to use 5-minute self-care?
Use it at the end of the day, on weekends, while reading or right after a shower — whenever you want everything to slow down a beat.
