Back from a library study date, hair still smelling of shampoo. Five drops of peppermint open icy cool, sweet orange, lemon, and lime add a vivid citrus layer, and Roman chamomile and frankincense keep a soft, warm base. These nineteen drops are best mixed ahead; five drops at a time is fresh enough. Great for a study desk in the morning or after a shower.

On opening. Peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round); lemon (fresh, bright and clean); lime (zesty, gently tart and very fresh) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Lemon and Lime can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
