Summer noon, a glass of iced sugarcane juice with a squeeze of kumquat, cool all the way to your brain. Sweet orange and lemon open with a lively rush of sweet-tart citrus, peppermint blows in an icy chill, and Roman chamomile leaves a soft, honey-like sweetness. Good for blazing hot middays, when you need a break but want to stay fresh. Place the diffuser next to a fan so the scent spreads quickly through the room.

On opening. Sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round); lemon (fresh, bright and clean); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
