head light as a cloud

4 oils · Herbal · Minty · Woody · Resinous & sweet · code BL-1017

Head as light as a cloud, nothing weighing on you. Three drops of eucalyptus radiata open cool and soft, never harsh, frankincense and peppermint add warm resin and a cold streak, and a single drop of cedarwood lays a dry wood base. Great for a home office in the afternoon or after breathing exercises. In the evening, one drop of peppermint is enough to keep your head clear without feeling too wired.

How it unfolds

On opening. Eucalyptus radiata (gently cool, softer than classic eucalyptus); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still); cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings) sink in and linger after the diffuser is off.

Method

Diffuser
Eucalyptus Radiata 3 · Frankincense 2 · Peppermint 2 · Cedarwood 1 drops in 200–300 ml of water. Run for 30–60 minutes, then take a break.
10 ml roller
Eucalyptus Radiata 2 · Frankincense 1 · Peppermint 1 · Cedarwood 1 drops, then top up with a carrier oil (jojoba or sweet almond). Dab on wrists and the back of the neck.
50 ml room spray
Eucalyptus Radiata 11 · Frankincense 8 · Peppermint 8 · Cedarwood 4 drops + 1 teaspoon of food-grade alcohol, then top up with distilled water. Shake before spraying.

FAQ

How do I use head light as a cloud in a diffuser?
Add Eucalyptus Radiata 3 · Frankincense 2 · Peppermint 2 · Cedarwood 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of eucalyptus radiata?
Swap eucalyptus radiata for rosemary or eucalyptus — same herbal family. The blend will shift a little: rosemary is cool, green, herbal and invigorating.
When is the best time to use head light as a cloud?
Use it while meditating, doing yoga, journaling, or simply sitting still for 10 minutes without your phone.
