end-of-quarter KPI sprint

4 oils · Herbal · Minty · Woody · Resinous & sweet · code BL-1046

End of the quarter, a chunk of KPIs still to go, and everyone is on edge. Three drops of frankincense lay a warm, clear resin base, rosemary and cedarwood add green herbs and dry wood, and a single drop of peppermint creates a cool streak so your head doesn't overheat. Great for the office from two in the afternoon onward. Don't run it all day; thirty-minute rounds are plenty.

How it unfolds

On opening. Rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still); cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings) sink in and linger after the diffuser is off.

Method

Diffuser
Frankincense 3 · Rosemary 2 · Cedarwood 2 · Peppermint 1 drops in 200–300 ml of water. Run for 30–60 minutes, then take a break.
10 ml roller
Frankincense 2 · Rosemary 1 · Cedarwood 1 · Peppermint 1 drops, then top up with a carrier oil (jojoba or sweet almond). Dab on wrists and the back of the neck.
50 ml room spray
Frankincense 11 · Rosemary 8 · Cedarwood 8 · Peppermint 4 drops + 1 teaspoon of food-grade alcohol, then top up with distilled water. Shake before spraying.

FAQ

How do I use end-of-quarter KPI sprint in a diffuser?
Add Frankincense 3 · Rosemary 2 · Cedarwood 2 · Peppermint 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of frankincense?
Swap frankincense for vanilla or myrrh — same resinous & sweet family. The blend will shift a little: vanilla is creamy, sweet and cozy.
When is the best time to use end-of-quarter KPI sprint?
Run it at your desk or study corner in cycles of 30 minutes on, 30 minutes off, so your nose does not tune the scent out.
