Blend recipes · Easy breathing
Leaving home early, with fog still blanketing the road. Frankincense leads with a warm resin base, eucalyptus radiata and rosemary open clear, cool and green-herbal, and pine and peppermint add a forest note and a cool accent. Great to switch on while you get ready for work, get dressed and brew coffee. For more warmth on cold mornings, use less peppermint and let the resin take the lead.

On opening. Eucalyptus radiata (gently cool, softer than classic eucalyptus); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Pine (green and resinous, like a forest walk) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
