Lemon and sweet orange pop up first, fresh and bright, but within a few minutes lavender and cedarwood pull the scent into a smooth, woody, herbal range. A single drop of ylang-ylang at the end is like a whispered goodnight. The blend suits evenings when you want to wind down but aren't sleepy yet, like when you're texting someone goodnight. Turn it on about 15 minutes before getting into bed.

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean); sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); ylang ylang (rich, creamy, tropical and sweetly floral) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. Cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
