Blend recipes · Easy breathing
Eucalyptus and bergamot split three drops each, cool, clean and bright, while two drops of Roman chamomile add a soft sweetness like apple tea, easing the room into calm. Made for days when you need to lie low, draw the curtains and pull up a light blanket. Use eight drops in a bedroom diffuser; run it in intervals and leave the door ajar so the air keeps moving.

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
