Blend recipes · Easy breathing

slow breaths, slow morning

3 oils · Citrus · Herbal · code BL-2162

No rush this morning. Wake up slowly and breathe at your own pace. Rosemary leads, green and alert, bergamot adds an elegant citrus layer, and eucalyptus keeps each breath clear and cool. Great for ten minutes of stretching, breathwork or morning journaling. Set the diffuser next to your mat; for something fresher, add 1 drop of bergamot.

How it unfolds

On opening. Rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating); bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style); eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

Method

Diffuser
Rosemary 4 · Bergamot 3 · Eucalyptus 2 drops in 200–300 ml of water. Run for 30–60 minutes, then take a break.

Safety

Photosensitizing

Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.

Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.

FAQ

How do I use slow breaths, slow morning in a diffuser?
Add Rosemary 4 · Bergamot 3 · Eucalyptus 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of rosemary?
Swap rosemary for tea tree or clary sage — same herbal family. The blend will shift a little: tea tree is green, medicinal and clean.
When is the best time to use slow breaths, slow morning?
Use it in closed rooms, on humid days, in monsoon season or after long hours of air conditioning — diffuse in short 20–30 minute runs.
