Blend recipes · Easy breathing

one sniff, wide awake

4 oils · Citrus · Herbal · Minty · Resinous & sweet · code BL-2088

One breath and you're wide awake. Eucalyptus and frankincense open together, clear and cool but with the depth of warm resin, bergamot sprinkles in a little bright citrus, and peppermint dots a cold note at the end. Great for sluggish after-lunch afternoons, when you need to get back to work. Put 6 drops in the diffuser and run it for about 15 minutes.

How it unfolds

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

Safety

Photosensitizing

Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.

Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.

FAQ

How do I use one sniff, wide awake in a diffuser?
Add Eucalyptus 2 · Frankincense 2 · Bergamot 1 · Peppermint 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of eucalyptus?
Swap eucalyptus for rosemary or tea tree — same herbal family. The blend will shift a little: rosemary is cool, green, herbal and invigorating.
When is the best time to use one sniff, wide awake?
Use it in closed rooms, on humid days, in monsoon season or after long hours of air conditioning — diffuse in short 20–30 minute runs.
