soft breaths at dawn

2 oils · Floral · Herbal · code BL-2084

Soft breaths at dawn, exactly as promised. Eucalyptus brings a cool, clean feel, while Roman chamomile softens it right away with a light sweetness a bit like ripe apples, so the two notes melt together smoothly. Great for the bedroom early in the morning or late at night, when you want to breathe at your own pace. If chamomile feels unfamiliar to you, cut it to 8 drops and run the diffuser in intervals.

How it unfolds

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

Method

Diffuser
Eucalyptus 4 · Roman Chamomile 4 drops in 200–300 ml of water. Run for 30–60 minutes, then take a break.

50 ml room spray
Eucalyptus 15 · Roman Chamomile 15 drops + 1 teaspoon of food-grade alcohol, then top up with distilled water. Shake before spraying.

FAQ

How do I use soft breaths at dawn in a diffuser?
Add Eucalyptus 4 · Roman Chamomile 4 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of eucalyptus?
Swap eucalyptus for rosemary or tea tree — same herbal family. The blend will shift a little: rosemary is cool, green, herbal and invigorating.
When is the best time to use soft breaths at dawn?
Use it in closed rooms, on humid days, in monsoon season or after long hours of air conditioning — diffuse in short 20–30 minute runs.
