Blend recipes · Easy breathing
Even in flu season you can stay on top of your game, and your room should smell the part. Bergamot leads with an elegant citrus note, geranium adds a green-rose floral layer, and eucalyptus makes each breath clear and cool. Great for a private office, a dressing room or an apartment lobby. This small recipe suits a mini diffuser; for a bigger room, double everything.

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style); eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Geranium (green and rosy, fresh and balanced) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
