Mandarin and lavender share the main role, juicy sweetness mingling with clean herbs, while bergamot adds a fresh, slightly bitter note that makes the scent more elegant. A pleasant blend, bright yet smooth, perfect for your resolution to be in bed before midnight. Citrus scents fade fast, so start the diffuser at 11:30 rather than earlier, so it still smells fresh when you lie down.

On opening. Mandarin (gently sweet, softer than orange); bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
