tangled up in the covers

3 oils · Citrus · Floral · code BL-0076

Three notes split evenly, two drops each: mandarin sweet like ripe fruit, clean lavender, and Roman chamomile as soft as floral tea. The scent is gentle and sweet with nothing harsh, perfect for a small bedroom, a reading corner in bed, or evenings when all you want is to wrap up in a blanket and lie still. For a warmer, sweeter scent, add a drop of mandarin; for a softer one, add a drop of Roman chamomile.

How it unfolds

On opening. Mandarin (gently sweet, softer than orange) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use tangled up in the covers in a diffuser?
Add Mandarin 2 · Lavender 2 · Roman Chamomile 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of mandarin?
Swap mandarin for lemon or sweet orange — same citrus family. The blend will shift a little: lemon is fresh, bright and clean.
When is the best time to use tangled up in the covers?
Run the diffuser for 20–30 minutes before bed with the door closed, then switch it off or set a timer when you get into bed.
