you're my comfort zone

5 oils · Floral · Woody · Resinous & sweet · code BL-1628

My comfort zone is you. Seven drops of geranium bring green rose, six drops of lavender add soft purple florals, then ylang-ylang, frankincense and cedarwood bring yellow flowers, warm resin and dry wood. The scent is soothing and reassuring, like a warm embrace. This blend suits a shared bedroom in the evening. For a small room, use half the number of drops.

How it unfolds

As it settles. Geranium (green and rosy, fresh and balanced); lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); ylang ylang (rich, creamy, tropical and sweetly floral) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still); cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings) sink in and linger after the diffuser is off.

FAQ

How do I use you're my comfort zone in a diffuser?
Add Geranium 3 · Lavender 3 · Ylang Ylang 1 · Frankincense 1 · Cedarwood 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of geranium?
Swap geranium for Roman chamomile or rose — same floral family. The blend will shift a little: Roman chamomile is like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow.
When is the best time to use you're my comfort zone?
Made for date nights, candlelit dinners and private spaces; switch it on 15 minutes before anyone arrives.
