yawning by 11pm

4 oils · Citrus · Floral · Woody · Tea · code BL-3126

Sweet orange tea, chamomile and cedarwood; soft and warm.

Only eleven and already yawning? Black tea, sweet orange and cedarwood in equal parts create a warm, soft, clean scent, and Roman chamomile adds a gentle apple note. Great for the bedroom of anyone keeping an early bedtime. Run the diffuser at the same time every night, and dim some lights so your body gets into the rhythm.

How it unfolds

On opening. Sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Black tea (steeped, warm and slightly malty); Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. Cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

FAQ

How do I use yawning by 11pm in a diffuser?
Add Black Tea 2 · Cedarwood 2 · Sweet Orange 2 · Roman Chamomile 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of black tea?
Swap black tea for white tea or green tea — same tea family. The blend will shift a little: white tea is light and clean with a floral whisper.
When is the best time to use yawning by 11pm?
Run the diffuser for 20–30 minutes before bed with the door closed, then switch it off or set a timer when you get into bed.
