Texted goodnight but still scrolling your feed? Plenty of lavender creates a clean herbal base, sweet orange adds a cheerful touch, Roman chamomile softens the middle, and cedarwood seals it with dry wood. The scent is pleasant and familiar and works in almost any bedroom. For a room of about 12 m², use 5, 2, 2 and 1 drops; put your phone next to the diffuser, far from your pillow.

On opening. Sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. Cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
