Blend recipes · Easy breathing

breathe in, drama out

5 oils · Floral · Herbal · Minty · Resinous & sweet · code BL-2093

Breathe in something pleasant, breathe out the bad stuff. Eucalyptus opens clear and cool, tea tree and lavender weave green with floral, frankincense holds the warm resin, and one drop of peppermint adds a final cool note. Great for evenings after a packed day. Turn on the diffuser in the bedroom, wash your face, then lie down and breathe slowly for about ten counts.

How it unfolds

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); tea tree (green, medicinal and clean); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

FAQ

How do I use breathe in, drama out in a diffuser?
Add Eucalyptus 3 · Tea Tree 2 · Lavender 2 · Frankincense 2 · Peppermint 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of eucalyptus?
Swap eucalyptus for rosemary or clary sage — same herbal family. The blend will shift a little: rosemary is cool, green, herbal and invigorating.
When is the best time to use breathe in, drama out?
Use it in closed rooms, on humid days, in monsoon season or after long hours of air conditioning — diffuse in short 20–30 minute runs.
