Ylang ylang and sandalwood lead with creamy sweetness and smooth wood, bergamot opens a window so it feels airy, while rose and patchouli keep the finish rich for hours. This blend is for long evenings, small parties at home or dates where nobody checks the clock. Premix the 40-drop batch in a bottle and use 6 drops at a time; let the bottle rest a few days first so everything melds.

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Ylang ylang (rich, creamy, tropical and sweetly floral); rose (deep, silky and luxurious) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. Sandalwood (creamy, smooth and long-lasting); patchouli (like damp earth and dark wood, deeply sweet) sink in and linger after the diffuser is off.
Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
